论师范生教师职业价值观的形成机理——基于社会认知职业理论的视角

摘要 师范生教师职业价值观的形塑,事关其自身职业发展,事关国家基础教育事业发展。师范生教师职业价值观的形成有其独特的内在逻辑,本文试图从社会认知职业理论的角度探讨师范生教师职业价值观的形成机理,进而建构出发展模型。师范生教师职业价值观的发展过程,经历了主体认知、社会规训、认同生成、知行转化四个阶段。这启示我们,加强师范生教师职业价值观培育,应从师范生价值观自我教育、营造尊师重教社会风尚、增强师范生教师职业认同、引导师范生践行教师职业价值观、构建师范生教育准入与退出机制等方面努力,进而促进师范生教师职业价值观的形塑,培育新时代党和人民满意的人民教师。 The shaping of teacher's vocational values of normal students is related to their own career development and the development of national basic education.There is a unique internal logic in the formation of teacher's vocational values of normal students,and this paper attempts to explore the formation mechanism of teacher's vocational values of normal students from the perspective of social cognitive career theory,and then constructs a development model.The developing process of teacher's vocational values of normal students is manifested in four stages:normal students subjective cognition,social discipline,generation of the identity,and knowledge-to-do conversion.It reveals that to strengthen the cultivation of teacher's vocational values of normal students,we should strengthen the cultivation of teacher's vocational values of normal students by educating themselves on the values of normal students,creating a social culture of respecting teachers,enhancing the professional identity of normal students,guiding normal students to practice the teacher's vocational values,and constructing a mechanism for the entry and exit of normal students education,so as to promote the shaping of teacher's vocational values of normal students and to cultivate people's teachers satisfied by the CPC and the people in the new era.
