摘要
知识导向的教师培训模式机械低效,严重制约了教师培训提质增效和提标扩面。创新教师培训模式,提升教师培训的专业性、实效性、针对性迫在眉睫。本研究针对教师培训模式变革问题,在成人经验学习圈理论和行动学习理论的支撑和指导之下,构建英语教师PEDA行动导向培训模式,即问题驱动(problem)、行动体验(experience)、研修展示(display)、考核评价(assessment),并以s省“国培计划”英语教师培训项目为个案,实践英语教师PEDA行动导向培训模式,对其成效进行跟踪分析,验证了该培训模式能够有效促进英语教师学科教学能力提升。本研究成果对于我国教师培训的理论研究和实践改进均具有积极的参考意义。
The knowledge-oriented teacher training mode is mechanical and inefficient,which seriouslyhinders the improvement of the quality and efficiency of teacher training.Accordingly,it is imminent to innovate the teacher training mode,and improve the professionalism,effectiveness and targeting of teacher training.Aiming at the innovation of teacher training models,this study explores the construction of the PEDA action-oriented training mode for English teachers,namely problem driven,action experience,research display,results assessment,under the support and guidance of and the adult experience learning circle theory action learning theory.Taking“National Training Program”English teacher training program in S province as a case,this study practiced English Language teacher PEDA actionoriented training mode,and its effectiveness was tracked and analyzed to verify this training mode can effectively promote the teaching ability of English teachers.The results of this study have positive reference significance for the theoretical research and practice improvement of teacher training.
