人工智能时代戏剧教师数字素养构成要素探析

摘要 步入人工智能时代,科技的发展与创新促使教学环境日益数字化的同时,也对教师提出了更高的要求。作为新时代的戏剧教师,迫切地需要掌握现代教育技术,提升数字化教学能力,从容驾驭数字化环境下的教育教学任务。本文从教育数字化改革的现实需求出发,分析了提升戏剧教师数字素养的必要性,阐述了戏剧教师数字素养的构成要素,将其归纳为数字化技术素养、数字化应用素养与数字化理论素养,并对戏剧教师数字素养的培养途径与方法进行了探索。 In the era of artificial intelligence,the development and innovation of science and technology promote the increasingly digital teaching environment,but also put forward higher requirements for teachers.As a drama teacher in the new era,it is urgent to master the modern educational technology,improve the digital teaching ability,and calmly control the educational teaching tasks under the digital environment.Starting from the actual needs of education digital reform,this paper analyzes the necessity of improving drama teachers'digital literacy,expounds the components of drama teachers'digital literacy,and summarizes them into digital technology literacy,digital application literacy and digital theory literacy,and explores the cultivation ways and methods of drama teachers'digital literacy.
