艾灸联合穴位贴敷在肛周脓肿术后的效果观察

Clinical Effect of Moxibustion Combined with Acupoint Application in Treating Postoperative Perianal Abscess

目的:观察艾灸联合穴位贴敷在肛周脓肿术后的应用效果。方法:将我院2020年1月至2022年12月收治的肛周脓肿患者80例随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组患者术后采用常规治疗,观察组在此基础上使用艾灸联合穴位贴敷治疗,比较2组患者的疗效、创面改善情况、住院天数、创面愈合时间以及治疗前后炎性因子水平变化情况。结果:治疗后观察组患者总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),2组患者治疗前创面渗液、创面疼痛、创面水肿评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者创面渗液、创面疼痛、创面水肿评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者住院天数和创面愈合时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗前IL-8、IL-6、TNF-α水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者IL-8、IL-6、TNF-α水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:艾灸联合穴位贴敷用于肛周脓肿术后可明显改善患者的临床症状,降低炎性因子水平,促进患者创面愈合,疗效显著。

Objective To observe the effect of moxibustion combined with acupoint application in treating postoperative perianal abscessM.ethods Total 80 patients with perianal abscess admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment after operation,and the observation group was treated with moxibustion combined with acupoint application on the basis of the control group.The efficacy,wound improvement,hospital stay,wound healing time and the changes of inflammatory factors before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of wound exudation,wound pain and wound edema between the two groups before treatment( P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of wound exudation,wound pain and wound edema in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The length of hospital stay and wound healing time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of IL-8,IL-6 and TNF-αbetween the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-8,IL-6 and TNF-αin the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Moxibustion combined with acupoint application is effective in treating postoperative perianal abscess,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the levels of inflammatory factors and promote wound healing.
