火龙罐治疗老年膝骨关节炎临床研究

Clinical Study on Fire-Dragon Cupping for Senile Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:观察火龙罐治疗老年膝骨关节炎(KOA)的临床疗效。方法:采用随机数字表法将80例老年KOA患者分为治疗组、对照组各40例。对照组给予塞来昔布胶囊口服治疗,治疗组采用火龙罐治疗,2组连续治疗2周。比较2组治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)评分及简明健康状况调查简表(SF-36)评分,并比较2组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗2周后,治疗组总有效率85.00%,高于对照组70.00%(P<0.05)。2组治疗后VAS评分、WOMAC评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),SF-36评分升高(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后VAS评分、WOMAC评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),SF-36评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组均未发生不良反应。结论:火龙罐治疗老年KOA,能够减轻患者疼痛,改善膝关节功能,临床疗效显著,安全性较高。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Fire-Dragon Cupping on senile knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:A total of 80 senile patients with KOA were divided into the treatment group and the control group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given an oral administration of Celecoxib Capsules,and the treatment group was treated with Fire-Dragon Cupping;the two groups were treated continuously for 2 weeks.The scores of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),Western Ontario and McMaster University Osteoarthritis Index(WOMAC)and the Medical Outcomes Study Short Form-36(SF-36)were compared before and after treatment between the two groups;the clinical effects and adverse reactions were also compared between the two groups.Results:After 2 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate was 85.00%in the treatment group,higher than that of 70.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of VAS and WOMAC were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the SF-36 scores were increased(P<0.05);the scores of VAS and WOMAC in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the SF-36 score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion:Fire-Dragon Cupping can relieve pain and improve knee joint function in treating senile patients with KOA,with significant clinical effect and high safety.
