血压变异性与心血管疾病关系的研究进展

Research progress of the blood pressure variability in cardiovascular diseases

高血压是心血管疾病的主要危险因素之一。血压变异性可反映血压波动情况,预测心血管疾病的发生,指导降压药物使用,评估降压效果。收缩压变异性长期升高者心血管疾病及全因死亡风险增加。本文就血压变异性与冠心病、心力衰竭、心房颤动关系的研究进展作一综述。

Hypertension is one of the major risk factors for cardiovascular diseases. Blood pressure variability can reflect the fluctuation of blood pressure, predict the occurrence of cardiovascular diseases, guide the use of anti-hypertensive drugs, and evaluate the effect of anti-hypertensive drugs. The continuously elevated systolic blood pressure variability increases the risks of cardiovascular diseases and all-cause mortality. This paper reviews the research progress of the relationships of blood pressure variability with coronary heart disease, heart failure and atrial fibrillation.
