Molecular calssification of cancer genome atlas of endometrial cancer provides an objective and accurate method for classification of endometrial cancer,and is an important means to guide the prog⁃nosis and adjuvant treatment of patients with endo⁃metrial cancer.In this paper,we provide a compre⁃hensive review of current situation and recent advances in molecular classification in three fundamental areas:diagnosis,prognostic evaluation,and adjuvant therapy recommendations.
