子宫内膜癌保留生育功能(简称“保育”)治疗,已经由规范化诊治进入到个体化治疗的时代。对于超出现有适应证的患者,需要探究其保育治疗的可行性和有效方案。影像、宫腔镜和病理,是评估病情和判断疗效的重要手段。治疗方案包括孕激素方案、非孕激素方案、联合用药方案等,需根据患者情况具体选择。助孕时机和策略尚需进一步探究。随访管理对于患者的长期预后具有重要意义。

Fertility-sparing treatment for endometrial cancer has stepped into the era of individualized treatment from standardized treatment.For patients beyond the indications,it is necessary to explore the feasibility and effective regimen of fertility-sparing treatment.Imaging,hysteroscopy and pathology are important means for evaluating patients'condition and efficacy.The treatment regimen depends on individual situations,including progestin regimen,non-progestin regimen,combined regimen,etc..The timing and strategy of assisted reproductive technology need to be further explored.Follow-up management is important for the long-term prognosis of such patients.
