自然哲学视角下“碳中和”技术创新支撑体系研究

Research on the Support System of"Carbon Neutral"Technological Innovation from the Perspective of Natural Philosophy

全球性气候变暖问题作为当前人类社会面临的最严峻的生态危机,其深层次的原因是工业文明下人与自然关系的失衡所带来的负效应累积,是天然自然和人工自然的冲突体现。“碳中和”作为应对气候变化的系统工程,是建立在对自然模式图景正确认识基础上的自然科学和技术工程的重构。技术创新是实现“碳中和”目标的关键。“碳中和”技术群与社会互动的契合度决定了技术创新的效能,需要我们以绿色经济推动“碳中和”技术创新形成社会需求,基于“碳中和”的社会建制重构形成良性的互动机制,“碳中和”技术伦理形成对技术创新的价值导向,实现自然观、科学观和工程技术观的协同,实现生态系统整体论的内在要求。

Clobal warming,as the most serious ecological crisis facing human society at present,is caused at the deep level by the accumulation of nega-tive effects brought about by the imbalance in the relationship between man and nature under industrial civilization,and is a manifestation of the conflict between natural and artificial nature.As a systematic project to address climate change,"carbon neutrality"is a reconstruction of natural science and technical engineering based on a correct understanding of natural patterns.Technological innovation is the key to realizing the goal of carbon neutrality.The effectiveness of technological innovation is determined by the degree of fit between"carbon neutral"technology groups and social interaction,which requires us to promote"carbon neutral"technological innovation to form social demand through green economy,and to reconstruct the social structure based on"carbon neutrality".It is necessary for us to form social demand by promoting"carbon neutral"technological innovation with green economy,form a benign interaction mechanism based on"carbon neutral"reconstruction of social structure,and form a value orientation for technological innovation with"carbon neutral"technological ethics,so as to realize the synergy of the views of nature,science and engineering technology,and to realize the intrin-sic requirements of the holistic theory of ecosystems.
