摘要
少数民族毕业生高质量就业在国家安全、经济发展、文化承袭等各方面具有重要的意义和价值。本研究采取问卷调查法,对陕西不同类型高校少数民族毕业生展开就业瓶颈及对策的相关研究和分析,发现陕西高校少数民族毕业生语言基础较薄弱、招聘歧视较普遍、帮扶政策不到位、就业指导不充分等问题,并探索针对少数民族毕业生就业困难群体加强语言交流训练、积极转变就业观念、挖掘拓展适合岗位、加大教育培养力度等帮扶策略,旨在为促进高校少数民族毕业生高质量就业提供参考。
The high-quality employment of ethnic minority graduates is of great significance in various aspects such as national security,economic development,and cultural inheritance.This study adopts the questionnaire survey method to carry out relevant research and analysis on the employment bottleneck and countermeasures of ethnic minority graduates in different types of colleges and universities in Shaanxi,and finds that the language foundation of ethnic minority graduates in colleges and universities in Shaanxi is weak,the recruitment discrimination is common,the help policy is not in place,and the employment guidance is insufficient.In order to provide reference for the promotion of high-quality employment of ethnic minority students,the paper also explores the strategies of strengthening language communication training,actively changing employment concepts,exploring and expanding suitable positions,and strengthening education and training for ethnic minority graduates.
