摘要
基于对Z大学电子信息类研究生的问卷调查,运用回归模型分析他们赴国防军工单位就业的意愿与影响因素。结果表明,他们的就业意愿受到个人、家庭、学校、社会的综合影响,且不同因素的影响效应存在显著差异。在此基础上,提出以学生成长为中心,以锻造情怀、增强认同、挖掘群体、形成风尚为闭环的就业导育模式,为推动电子信息类研究生赴国防军工单位就业提供参考路径。
Based on a questionnaire survey among electronic information postgraduates in Z University,their preference of employment in the national defense and military industry is analyzed by Logistic regression model.It's found that their employment intentions are influenced by personal factors,family factors,school factors and social factors;and the effects of these factors are significantly different.On this basis,we propose a closed-loop model centering on the growth of students,which focuses on improving their patriotism,enhancing their recognition,excavating the latent groups and forming a favorable social atmosphere.This study provides guiding paths for electronic information postgraduates to seek employment in the national defense and military industry.
