文章基于业财融合视角进行了国有企业现金流管理策略研究。首先,文章阐述了业财融合的核心定义及其在现代企业管理中的重要性,并进一步探讨了现金流管理的基本概念。其次,文章通过对国有企业资金来源和使用的深入剖析,揭示了其现金流管理的特点和现状。最后,文章发现,业财融合能够显著提高现金流的预测准确性,促进资金使用的高效性,并为现金流决策提供有力支持。基于此,文章提出了三大创新策略:构建业务与财务数据的统一管理平台、融合现金流与业务绩效指标的监控策略,以及促进跨部门现金流与业务策略的协同决策。总体而言,业财融合为国有企业提供了一种有效的现金流管理新策略,值得更广泛的应用与推广。

This study focuses on the cash flow management strategy of state-owned enterprises based on the perspective of industry-finance integration.Firstly,this paper expounds the core definition of industry-finance integration and its importance in modern enterprise management,and further discusses the basic concept of cash flow management.Secondly,this paper reveals the characteristics and current situation of cash flow management of state-owned enterprises through in-depth analysis of the source and use of funds.Finally,this study finds that the integration of industry and finance can significantly improve the accuracy of cash flow prediction,promote the efficient use of funds,and provide strong support for cash flow decision.Based on this,this paper puts forward three innovative strategies:building a unified management platform for business and financial data,monitoring strategies that integrate cash flow and business performance indicators,and promoting inter-departmental collaborative decision-making of cash flow and business strategies.Generally speaking,the integration of industry and finance provides an effective new cash flow management strategy for state-owned enterprises,which is worthy of wider application and promotion.
