不同类型天山樱桃的抗寒性初步研究

摘要 为促进天山樱桃的进一步开发利用,以矮生和乔化两种类型天山樱桃的一年生枝条为试验材料,通过人工模拟低温胁迫处理(-20,-25,-30,-35和-40℃),测定其相对电导率、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、脯氨酸及丙二醛含量等生理指标,以相对电导率结合Logistic方程测算半致死温度(LT 50),进一步通过组织褐变法和恢复生长法,综合评价各参数与耐寒度间的关系,从而评价不同类型天山樱桃的抗寒性。结果表明,随着低温胁迫强度的增加,枝条的电导率、可溶性糖含量明显升高,当温度达到-40℃时,两者的相对电导率均超过50%,矮生型天山樱桃枝条的半致死温度为-36.81℃,乔木状天山樱桃枝条的半致死温度为-39.91℃,可见两种类型天山樱桃的抗寒性顺序依次为乔木状天山樱桃>矮生型天山樱桃。 In order to promote the further develo pment and utilization of Cerasus tianschanica Pojark,the one-year-old branches of two types of C.tianschanica Pojark were used as experimental materials.The physiological indexes such as relative conductivity,soluble sugar,soluble protein,proline and malondialdehyde content were measured by artificial simulated low temperature stress treatment(-20,-25,-30,-35,-40℃).The semi-lethal temperature(LT 50)was calculated by relative conductivity combined with Logistic equation.The relationship between each parameter and cold resistance was comprehensively evaluated by tissue browning method and recovery growth method,and evaluate the cold resistance of different types of C.tianschanica Pojark.The results showed that with the increase of low temperature stress intensity,the conductivity and soluble sugar content of branches increased significantly.When the temperature reached-40℃,the relative conductivity of both exceeded 50%.The semi-lethal temperature of dwarf C.tianschanica branches was-36.81℃,and the semi-lethal temperature of arbor C.tianschanica branches was-39.91℃.It can be seen that the cold resistance order of the two types of C.tianschanica is arbor C.tianschanica>dwarf C.tianschanica.
