多工艺阶段柔性生产系统规划建模仿真研究

摘要 在定制化装备制造车间中,为了满足各种加工需求,会配置多种加工设备,并采用工艺导向布局,形成多个工艺阶段的柔性生产系统。企业在此类生产系统的建设规划中,面临着制造系统构成元素复杂性高、零件加工过程的工艺需求与可选设备柔性度大、加工过程随机返工带来的设备需求负荷波动性大等难题。为了解决生产系统建设规划难题,基于工厂仿真软件Plant Simulation,构建一类包括粗加工、热处理、精加工与装配工序的多工艺阶段柔性车间生产系统规划仿真平台。该平台实现了参数化产能平衡的功能,并在各工序阶段中内嵌了多种调度规则、多维度的性能指标与统计分析图表。实验结果表明该仿真平台能够有效分析各工序阶段产能均衡性与车间整体性能,帮助企业有效开展建设规划决策。 Customized equipment manufacturing shops often adopt a oriented-process layout,forming a flexible production system with multiple process stages.In such production systems,the differences in each process stage affect the overall efficiency within the stage and in the shop.In order to solve the problem of capacity balance and scheduling in the design stage of production system,based on Plant Simulation,a multi process stage flexible shop production system planning simulation platform including rough machining,heat treatment,finishing and assembly processes is constructed.The platform realizes the function of parametric capacity balance,and integrates a variety of scheduling rules,multi-dimensional performance indicators and statistical analysis charts.The experimental results show that the simulation platform can effectively analyze the capacity balance of each process stage and the overall performance of the shop.
