摘要 在电火花线切割、激光切割以及加工中心等数控实践教学中,缺少实践经历和设计经验的低年级学生,容易出现课程进度缓慢或无法达到预期实习效果等问题。充分利用AutoCAD在二维图形设计上的优势,可提升学生在数控实践操作中的参与感和成就感。在线切割和激光切割实践教学中,利用网络检索感兴趣的图片,将图片导入图形设计,采用描图获得图形轮廓,最后加入自己的创意设计,为线切割和激光切割实践加工快速获得二维设计加工图。在加工中心实践教学中,将前期设计的二维矢量图作为草图导入三维造型软件中,再经过特征应用,进一步完成三维造型设计,为加工中心实践操作提供三维造型设计图。在数控加工的实践应用中,充分利用AutoCAD的设计功能,极大地增加了学生对实践操作的兴趣,提升了实践操作的学习效率,取得了很好的教学效果。 In the numerical control practical teaching of WEDM,laser cutting and machining center,the junior students who lack practical and design experience is easy to have problems such as slow course progress or unable to achieve the expected effect.Making full use of the advantages of AutoCAD in 2D graphic design can improve the students\sense of participation and achievement in the numerical control practice operation.In the practical application of WEDM and laser cutting,we use the network to retrieve the pictures,copy the pictures into the AutoCAD,use the tracing to obtain the outline,and finally add creative design to quickly obtain the 2D design drawing,which is the processing drawing for the practical processing of WEDM and laser cutting.In the practical application of the machining center,the 2D design drawing designed in the early stage is imported into the 3D modeling software as a sketch,and through the feature modeling,the 3D model is completed for the practical operation of the machining center.In the numerical control practical application,the full use of the design function of AutoCAD has greatly increased students\interest in practical operation,improved the learning efficiency of practical operation and achieved good teaching effects.
