改进的粒子群模糊PID算法在温控系统中的应用

摘要 针对细胞培养箱如何更好温控的难题,提出一种新的控制算法。该算法在粒子群模糊PID的基础上,将粒子群算法的惯性因子进行非线性余弦递减改进、学习因子根据迭代次数进行正弦形式的变化,将改进的粒子群算法对模糊控制器中的比例因子进行优化,去缓解模糊控制依赖专家经验的问题。并通过MATLAB/Simulink对改进粒子群模糊PID控制算法仿真,对比PID、模糊PID的温控效果,改进粒子群模糊PID的调节时间短、超调量小、抗干扰能力强,说明对细胞培养箱的温度控制具有明显的改善效果。 Aiming at the problem of how to better control the temperature of the cell incubator,a new control algorithm is proposed.On the basis of particle swarm fuzzy PID,the algorithm improves the inertia factor of particle swarm algorithm by nonlinear cosine decreasing and the learning factor changes in sinusoidal form according to the number of iterations.Optimization is carried out to alleviate the problem of fuzzy control relying on expert experience.And through the simulation of the improved particle swarm fuzzy PID control algorithm through Matlab/Simulink,comparing the temperature control effect of PID and fuzzy PID,the improved particle swarm fuzzy PID has short adjustment time,small overshoot,and strong anti-interference ability.The temperature control has obvious improvement effect.
