基于能力培养的单片机课程设计

摘要 单片机原理及应用是电控类专业的专业基础课程,实践教学是单片机课程教学过程的一个薄弱环节,常规教学方法不易提高实践教学质量。采用结合学生参加学科竞赛的需要为切入点,以单片机的直流电机闭环控制系统设计为课程设计实例,达到锻炼并提升学生专业实践能力和创新能力的目标。通过传感器获取直流电机的转速和转向;以H桥驱动电路控制直流电机的转速和转向;并通过数字PID控制程序实现对直流电机的闭环控制。课程设计实例涉及单片机编程、直流电机H桥驱动电路设计、电机转速和转向检测电路设计、电机的PWM控制方法、数字PID控制程序设计、OLED显示器的驱动等知识点。设计实例具有以提高单片机编程能力为主线,将多门电子类课程的理论知识与课程实践高度融合的特点,有利于培养大学生的实际设计能力和创新能力。 The single chip microcomputer course is a professional basic course of electronic control specialty.Practice teaching is a weak link in the teaching process of single chip microcomputer and the conventional teaching methods are not easy to improve the quality of practical teaching.The design of DC motor closed-loop control system of SMC is taken as a case to improve the students's practice and innovation ability according to the needs of students participating in discipline competition.The speed and steering of the DC motor are obtained through the sensor;the speed and steering of DC motor are controlled by H-bridge drive circuit.The closed-loop control of DC motor is realized by digital PID control program.The SCM programming,DC motor H-bridge drive circuit design,speed and steering detection circuit of motor,the PWM control method of motor,the circuit design of OLED display driver are involved in the course design examples.The experimental case has the characteristics of high integration of theoretical knowledge and practice of multiple electronic courses,which is beneficial to cultivate students'\practical design ability and innovation ability.
