一种涡旋压缩机高频加热装配机构设计

摘要 为了解决现阶段涡旋压缩机半自动热套因过盈量与定位,导致压缩机外壳套入定子绕组时划伤外壳内壁,定子铁心变形,外壳气密性降低的问题。利用自行设计的过盈量闭环纠偏控制系统和自动装配机构配合高频加热机进行了研究。控制系统分别由PLC、六轴机械手、工控机进行控制并通过TCP/IP协议实时通信,同时结合多传感器融合的过盈量控制算法与CCD相机、光源、激光测距仪组成的视觉检测。采用机械结构进行定位、自动化装配与热膨胀纠偏,并在ANSYS Workbench仿真软件进行仿真验证,进而实现机构的整体设计,最终提高涡旋压缩机热套品质和生产效率,降低了劳动力成本,进一步提高涡旋压缩机装配的自动化程度,并在实际应用中取得良好的效果。 In order to solve the problem that the compressor shell scratches the inner wall of the shell,the stator core is deformed,and the air tightness of the shell is reduced when the compressor shell is inserted into the stator winding due to the interference and positioning of the semi-automatic shrink fit of the scroll compressor at the present stage.The research is carried out by using the self-designed interference closed-loop deviation correction control system and the automatic assembly mechanism in cooperation with the high-frequency heating machine.The control system is controlled by PLC,six-axis manipulator and computer respectively,and communicates in real time through TCP/IP protocol.At the same time,it combines the interference control algorithm of multi-sensor fusion with vision detection composed of CCD camera,light source and laser range finder.The mechanical structure is used for positioning,automatic assembly and thermal expansion correction,and the simulation verification is carried out in the ANSYS Workbench simulation software,so as to realize the overall design of the mechanism,ultimately improve the shrink fit quality and production efficiency of the scroll compressor reduce the cost of labor,further improve the automation of the scroll compressor assembly,and achieve good results in practical application.
