摘要
基于ARIZ理论对维护终端偏斜问题做了全面分析,针对核心矛盾及相关物场资源分析获得了不同的创新设计方案,并结合实际情况对设计方案进行了工程可行性评估及验证,结果表明:ARIZ理论指出了维护终端偏斜问题的技术矛盾与物理矛盾,明确了最小问题及系统内部各种资源及相互作用关系,有助于扩展解决问题的思路;ARIZ理论提供了多种解决工程问题的工具,使用不同的处理工具可得到不同创新方案,直至得到了较理想的设计方案。在运用ARIZ创新理论解决维护终端偏斜问题中获得了5个设计方案,充分验证了ARIZ在解决创新问题上的具有系统性、完整性和高效性;ARIZ理论建立产品设计中创新思维过程模型具有普遍的适用性,为产品的创新设计与功能改进提供了一种科学的方法。
Based on ARIZ theory,the problem of maintenance terminal deflection is comprehensively analyzed,and different innovative design schemes are explored for the core contradictions and related physical resources,and the engineering feasibility evaluation and verification of the design scheme are carried out in combination with the actual situation.The results show that ARIZ theory points out the technical and physical contradictions of the problem of maintenance terminal deflection,and clarifies the minimum problem and various resources and interaction relationships within the system,helps to expand the thinking of solving problems.ARIZ theory provides a variety of tools to solve engineering problems.Different innovative solutions can be obtained by using different processing tools until a more ideal design solution is obtained.Five design schemes are obtained in solving the problem of maintenance terminal deflection by using ARIZ innovation theory,which fully verifies the systematism,integrity and efficiency of ARIZ in solving the innovation problem.ARIZ theory has universal applicability in establishing innovative thinking process model in product design,which provides a scientific method for innovative design and function improvement of products.
