摘要
近年来,装配式污水处理设备由于其体积小、成本低、安装简便等特点成为研究热点。然而,传统市政污水处理厂采用钢砼结构,存在建设周期长、施工成本高和质量缺陷等问题。基于六边形装配式结构,结合等边折板工艺以及复合钢板防腐工艺,探讨装配式钢结构装备在污水处理项目上的应用。结果表明,在周长一定的情况下,截面形状为六边形结构的构筑物组成的模块单元容积最大。同时,分析了10种不同结构的波纹板和彩瓦板的强度,结果表明等边折板工艺结构的钢板强度更高,且折板深度和强度呈正相关关系。此外,使用热浸锌、磷酸锌和丙烯酸聚氨酯的复合防腐工艺可以使钢构装备的使用寿命达到30年以上。一定数量的六边形构筑物使用立柱组合成污水处理装备,该装配式污水处理装备已被成功应用在200 t/d的生活污水处理项目中,目前仍在稳定运行。
In recent years,fabricated sewage treatment equipment has become a research hotspot because of its small size,low cost,simple installation and other characteristics.However,the traditional municipal sewage treatment plant adopts steel concrete structure,which has problems such as long construction period,high construction cost and quality defects.The application of fabricated steel structure equipment in sewage treatment project is discussed based on hexagonal fabricated structure,combined with equal edge folded plate process and composite steel plate anti-corrosion process.The results show that the module unit volume of hexagonal structure is the largest when the perimeter is fixed.At the same time,the strength of corrugated plate and colored tile plate with 10 different structures is analyzed.The results show that the steel plate with equilateral folded plate process has higher strength,and the depth of folded plate is positively related to the strength.In addition,the service life of steel structure equipment can reach more than 30 years by using the composite anti-corrosion process of hot-dip zinc,zinc phosphate and acrylic polyurethane.A certain number of hexagonal structures are combined into sewage treatment equipment with columns.The prefabricated sewage treatment equipment is successfully applied in the 200 t/d domestic sewage treatment project and is still in stable operation.
