“微舆论场”中舆论演变的动力与社会图景研究——以中小学微信家长群为例

A Study of the Dynamics and Social Landscape of the Evolution of Public Opinion in the "Micro-Public Opinion Field"

“微景观”弥漫的时代,社交媒体构建了诸多碎片化、真实的“微舆论场”。本文以“微信家长群”为研究对象,基于社会燃烧理论的研究框架,运用深度访谈与参与式观察的研究方法,探索微舆论场中舆论演变的动力和蕴含的社会图景。研究发现,微信家长群中的舆论作为网络公共空间中一种自发形成的现象,其背后是教育焦虑、青少年成长焦虑向社会焦虑转化和演变的过程。在微舆论场中,间距性、非同一性、对立性的异质观点出现与碰撞,构成了微舆论场中舆论演变动力的初步蓄积。舆论在蓄积到一定程度时,会随着微舆论场中情绪的升温与环境的激荡进一步扩散。老师在家长群中作为意见领袖的位置被极大“前置化”,扮演了信息整合和舆论引导、终结的角色。在舆论的形成中,表演、和气、面子等因素具有层层辐射作用,呈现出交织着传统情理文化的复杂社会图景。未来,还需要进一步规范微信家长群这种交往方式,更好发挥其信息沟通、家校共建的功能。

In the era dominated by pervasive "micro landscapes",social media have given rise to numerous fragmented and authentic "micro opinion fields." Employing the Social Combustion Theory,this paper conducts in-depth interviews and participant observations to delve into the dynamics of public opinion evolution and the embedded social landscape within the "micro-public opinion field." The study reveals that public opinion within the "parents' group" of the micropublic opinion field,as a spontaneous occurrence in the online public space,plays a pivotal role in the evolution of educational anxiety and youth growth anxiety into social anxiety.Within the micro-public opinion field,the emergence and clash of divergent,non-identical,and opposing heterogeneous views constitute the initial momentum for public opinion evolution.As public opinion accumulates,it intensifies emotions within the "micro-opinion field," leading to its further dissemination when the environment becomes agitated.The teacher's role as an opinion leader in the parents' group takes center stage,serving as a crucial force in information integration,opinion guidance,and finality.In the shaping of public opinion,factors like performance,harmony,and face radiate across multiple layers,weaving a complex social tapestry interwoven with traditional emotional and rational cultural elements.Looking ahead,there is a pressing need to regulate the rules and habits within the "parents' group" as an interactive form to better fulfill its functions of information communication,consultation,and shared governance.
