Dialectical Blending:Three Aspects of the CPC's International Image Construction in the New Era

新时代中国共产党的国际形象建构是一项大工程。本文立足理论、历史和现实依据,挖掘其价值意蕴,提出新时代中国共产党国际形象建构的三个面向,即把握“表”与“里”、“势”与“韵”、“变”与“不变”的辩证交融关系,从塑造丰富立体的形象样态、开展境外舆情的研判应对、筑牢外交话语的理论根基等多个维度推进中国共产党形象的国际传播,从而使中国共产党形象在建构中传播,在传播中优化。

The construction of the CPC's international image in the new era constitutes a substantial undertaking.Drawing on theoretical,historical,and contemporary foundations,this paper explores its value implications and proposes three key aspects for the CPC's international image construction in the new era.These aspects involve understanding the dialectical relationship between "appearance" and "interior," "potential" and "rhyme," and "change" and "invariability." The paper advocates for the promotion of the international dissemination of the CPC's image through various dimensions,including the cultivation of a rich and three-dimensional image,active engagement in researching and responding to overseas public opinion,and the establishment of a robust theoretical foundation to bolster diplomatic efforts.
