煤层气水平井气体作业技术研究与应用

摘要 随着煤层气开发技术的发展,水平井逐渐成为煤层气开发的主流井型。但水平井排采过程中的出砂、出煤粉问题导致井筒堵塞,严重制约了水平井的稳定排采。因此,如何实现水平井高效清理,日益受到煤层气行业的重视。本文以沁水盆地华北油田煤层气开发区块水平井开发实践为基础,分析了水平井低产原因:一是煤粉、石英砂等固体颗粒堵塞井筒、筛管,煤层气不能顺利产出;二是煤粉堵塞近井筒地带渗流裂缝,人工裂缝导流能力下降。针对低产原因,创新应用水平井气体作业技术,取得了较好的应用效果,为今后煤层气的开发提供了新思路,具有较高的推广应用价值。 With the advancement of coalbed methane development technology,horizontal wells have gradually become the mainstream well type for coalbed methane development.However,problems such as sand and coal dust production during the horizontal well drainage process have led to wellbore blockage,seriously restricting stable drainage of the horizontal well.Therefore,achieving efficient cleaning of horizontal wells has become increasingly important in the coalbed methane industry.Based on the development practice of horizontal wells in the coalbed methane development block of Huabei Oilfield in the Qinshui Basin,this article analyzes the reasons for the low production of horizontal wells:first,solid particles such as coal powder and quartz sand block the wellbore and screen pipe,preventing the smooth production of coalbed methane;second,coal powder blocks the seepage cracks near the wellbore,reducing in the conductivity of artificial cracks.In response to the reasons for low production,the innovative application of horizontal well gas operation technology has achieved good application results,providing new insights for the development of coalbed methane in the future,and holding high value for promotion and application.
