摘要
目的探讨海泰电子病历联合红外热像仪预警断指再植术后血管危象的可行性和优越性。方法自2021年2月至2023年1月我科收治再植手术患者共157例,对照组80例,予术后常规护理;观察组77例,术后使用红外热像仪及海泰电子病历各模块(包括专科评估记录单、赋分电子血运单、路径化管理与血管危象危急值报告)预警断指再植术后血管危象。比较二组患者预防血管危象措施落实率(危象预防率)、早期危象检出率及断指成活率。结果观察组患者危象预防率96.1%、早期危象检出率25.9%、再植组织成活率94.8%,高于对照组危象预防率73.8%、早期危象检出率12.5%、再植组织成活率85%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论海泰电子病历联合红外热像仪提升了护理人员对血管危象的防控能力,利于提高断指成活率。
Objective To discuss the feasibility and advantage of Haitai electronic medical record combined with infrared thermal imager in early warning of vascular crisis after severed finger replantation surgery.Methods From February 2021 to January 2023,157 patients underwent replantation surgery in our department.A total of 80 patients in the control group received routine postoperative care.The observation group consisted of 77 patients,who received postoperative warning of vascular crisis after finger replantation using infrared thermal imager and various modules of Haitai electronic medical record(including specialized evaluation record form,scoring electronic blood waybill,pathway management,and vascular crisis value report).The implementation rate of vascular crisis prevention measures(crisis prevention rate),early crisis detection rate,and finger amputation survival rate between two groups of patients were compared.Results The observation group had a crisis prevention rate of 96.1%,an early crisis detection rate of 25.9%,and a replanted tissue survival rate of 94.8%,which was higher than the control group's crisis prevention rate of 73.8%,an early crisis detection rate of 12.5%,and a replanted tissue survival rate of 85%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Haitai electronic medical record and infrared thermal imager improves the ability of nursing staff to prevent and control vascular crises,which is beneficial for improving the survival rate of severed fingers.
