摘要
针对三维反手性拉胀结构在静态压缩载荷作用下变形过程中所反映出的力学性能进行研究,使用3D打印机和FDM熔融沉积制造打印技术制作聚碳酸酯材料的结构模型。使用万能试验机对模型进行静态压缩并全时摄影,得到结构静态压缩的力位移曲线和变形过程。通过Abaqus仿真再现了模型的压缩变形过程,得到结构的应力应变场、位移变形场和变形模式。结果表明,该结构在压缩过程中泊松比数值范围为-0.45~-0.5,压缩强度为6.33 MPa,结构失效是由于中间板连接杆发生断裂破坏产生的,应力最大值出现在斜杆与面板的连接处。
The mechanical properties of three-dimensional backhand stretch expansion structure during deformation under static compression load were studied, and the structural model of polycarbonate was made using 3D printer and FDM melt deposition printing technology. The static compression and full time photography of the model were carried out using a universal testing machine, and the force displacement curve and deformation process of the static compression of the structure were obtained. The compression deformation process of the model is reproduced through ABAQUS simulation, and the stress strain field, displacement deformation field and deformation mode of the structure are obtained. The results show that the Poisson's ratio ranges from -0.45 to -0.5, and the compression strength is 6.33 MPa. The structural failure is caused by the fracture of the connecting rod of the intermediate plate, and the maximum stress occurs at the connection between the inclined rod and the panel.
