我国冰雪体育教学“南展西扩东进”发展共同体的建设研究

Research on the Construction of the Development Community of"Southward Promotion,Westward Expansion and Eastward Advancement"for the Teaching of Ice and Snow Sports in China

构建我国冰雪体育教学“南展西扩东进”发展共同体,目的在于充分发挥北方地区冰雪体育教育的资源优势,利用东部地区与南部地区的经济优势,整合与开发西部地区的传统文化资源以及自然资源优势,推进我国冰雪体育教学的全面普及与高质量发展。从资源特色方面解析冰雪体育教学“南展西扩东进”发展共同体构建的基础条件,从课程共同体、竞赛共同体、课内外文化活动共同体、教学资源共同体以及教学研究共同体等五个维度阐述冰雪体育教学“南展西扩东进”发展共同体建设的基础架构。据此提出建立联合教育机制与合作机制;构建立体化冰雪体育教学体系;打造多层级冰雪体育竞赛体系;建设智慧化信息资源交流平台;共享教学资源,塑造文化认同等建设策略。旨在通过打造我国冰雪体育教学发展新格局,进一步推动我国冰雪运动的普及化与常态化发展。

The purpose of constructing the development community of"Southern Promotion,Western Expansion and Eastern Advancement"of China's ice and snow sports teaching is to fully leverage the resource advantages of ice and snow sports education in the northern region,utilize the economic advantages of the eastern region and the southern region,and integrate and develop the advantages of the traditional cultural resources and natural resources in the western region,so as to promote the popularization of the comprehensive development of China's ice and snow sports teaching and the high quality development of ice and snow sports teaching.This paper has analyzed the basic conditions for the construction of the development community of"Southern Promotion,Western Expansion and Eastern Advancement"of China's ice and snow sports teaching from the aspect of resource characteristics,and elaborates on the basic structure of the development community of"Southern Promotion,Western Expansion and Eastern Advancement"of China's ice and snow sports teaching from five dimensions:curriculum community,competition community,in and out of class cultural activity community,teaching resource community,and teaching research community.Based on this,it is proposed to establish a joint education and cooperation mechanism;Constructing a three-dimensional ice and snow sports teaching system;Create a multi-level ice and snow sports competition system;Building an intelligent information resource exchange platform;Sharing teaching resources,shaping cultural identity,and other construction strategies.The aim is to further promote the popularization and normalization of ice and snow sports in China by creating a new pattern for the development of ice and snow sports teaching in China.
