“双减”政策背景下我国校外冰雪体育培训行业发展研究

Research on the Development of China's Off-Compus Ice and Snow Sports Training Industry in the Context of the"Double Reduction"Policy

“双减”政策为我国学生冰雪体育的开展提供了新的契机,推动了校外冰雪体育培训的发展。为促进我国校外冰雪体育培训高效发展,对“双减”背景下我国校外冰雪体育培训的发展境况展开系统分析。在“双减”政策的推动下,校外冰雪体育培训呈现快速增长的发展态势,并以培训冰雪运动技能、促进身心健康发展为主要特征。但在发展中也存在教学资源供给不足、校内外体育教学衔接不畅、重技能轻育人等问题。为此,提出优化教学资源配置、构建“校内校外一体化”模式、转变教育观念并增强育人成效等纾解之策。以期通过构建高质量的校外冰雪体育培训体系,夯实冰雪体育的基础,进而推动冰雪运动的普及和冰雪体育产业的深化发展。

The"double reduction"policy provides a new opportunity for the development of ice and snow sports for students in China,and promotes the development of off-compus ice and snow sports training.In order to promote the efficient development of off-compus ice and snow sports training in China,this paper has initiated a systematic analysis on the development situation of ice and snow sports in China in the context of"double reduction".Under the impetus of the"double reduction"policy,the development of off-compus ice and snow sports training has shown a rapid growth trend,and is mainly characterized by the training ofice and snow sports skills and the promotion of physical and mental health development.However,there are also problems such as insufficient supply of teaching resources,poor connection between on-compus and off-compus sports teaching,and focusing on skills rather than education.Aiming to above problems,it's proposed to optimize the allocation of teaching resources,construct an integrated mode of"on-compus and off-compus sports",change the concept of education,and enhance the effectiveness of educating people and other relief measures.The aim is to build a highquality off-compus ice and snow sports training system,strengthen the foundation of ice and snow sports,and then promote the popularization of ice and snow sports and the deepening development of the ice and snow sports industry.
