具身认知理论下高校冰雪运动课程思政实施的价值及策略

The Value and Strategy of Ideological and Political Implementation of Ice and Snow Sports Courses in Colleges and Universities under the Theory of Embodied Cognition

高校冰雪运动课程思政蕴含独特的育人价值,但传统意义上的冰雪运动课程思政忽视了体验感知的影响,造成德育培养在实践参与方面的缺失,学生很难形成情感共鸣。具身认知理论与冰雪运动课程思政具有多重的价值交集和相同的育人向度,在具身认知理论指导下,将冰雪运动实践与课程思政有效融合,对于塑造学生心智和规范学生行为具有重要作用。由此提出高校冰雪运动课程思政从“离身认知”到具身认知的实施策略:丰富冰雪运动课程思政形式,充实冰雪运动课程思政内容,融洽冰雪运动课程思政氛围。通过积极塑造具身认知体验,充分发挥冰雪运动课程思政育人效能,促使学生将思政理念内化于心,从而推动立德树人根本任务的全面落实。

The ideology of ice and snow sports program in colleges and universities contains unique values of human education,but the traditional ideology of ice and snow sports program ignores the influence of experience and perception,resulting in the lack of moral education in practical participation,and it is difficult for students to form emotional resonance.The theory of embodied cognition and the ideological and political education in ice and snow sports courses have multiple value intersections and the same educational direction.Under the guidance of the theory of embodied cognition,the effective integration of ice and snow sports practice and ideological and political education in courses plays an important role in shaping students'minds and regulating their behavior.Thus,it is proposed that the implementation strategy of the ideology of ice and snow sports courses in colleges and universities should be from the"detached cognition"to embodied cognition:enriching the form of ideology of ice and snow sports courses,enriching the content of ideology of ice and snow sports courses,and harmonizing the atmosphere of ideology of ice and snow sports courses.By actively shaping the experience of embodied cognition,it can give full play to the effectiveness of the ideological and political education in the ice and snow sports courses,prompt students to internalize the ideological and political concepts in their hearts,and then promote the full implementation of the fundamental task of cultivating morality and nurturing human beings.
