城市轨道交通信号系统降级情况下的延误分析

摘要 目的:在因城市轨道交通信号系统故障导致的列车降级运行初期,应及时有效地调整行车组织,以控制列车延误的传播,提升突发故障后的处置效率。方法:基于列车降级运行初期所产生的延误及传播的特性,对故障区延误、故障区后方延误及故障区前方终到延误过程进行划分与梳理,总结了不同区域延误的计算方法。结合案例场景的分析并进行定量计算,从而判断列车运行调整的关键点,可准确采用越站、小交路折返和下线列车等调整方法,阻断延误的增强传播。结果及结论:信号系统故障产生影响的本质是列车无法按图运行,最终表现为延误,使线路通过能力下降,从而考验行车组织人员的应急处置能力。通过对初期故障区的延误计算,可提前预判故障区后方的延误情况,及时进行人工介入调整行车;在故障中期对各区域的延误及传播的有效控制,有利于故障恢复后快速匹配正常运行图。对延误时间的计算可帮助调度人员预判故障的影响,最终在兑现率、正点率、运能匹配上寻求平衡,也可对故障应急情况下的行车组织策略提供参考。 Objective:In the initial phase of downgrade train operation due to failures in urban rail transit signaling system,it is essential to promptly and effectively adjust train organization to control the spread of train delays and enhance the efficiency of response to unforeseen malfunctions.Method:Based on the characteristics of delays and propagation generated in the initial stage of downgrade train operations,the processes of delay in the fault zone,delay behind the fault zone,and terminal delay in front of the fault zone are classified and sorted.Different methods for calculating delays in various areas are summarized.Combining analysis of case scenarios with quantitative calculations,key points for adjusting train operations are identified,which allows accurate application of adjustment methods such as station overtaking,short-turning at minor routes,and sending trains offline to prevent the enhanced spread of delay.Result&Conclusion:The fundamental impact of signaling system failures is the inability of trains to operate according to train diagram,which is ultimately manifested as delays,lowering line passing capacity.This challenges the emergency response capabilities of the train organization personnel.Calculating delays in the early stage of a fault allows for the early prediction of delays behind the fault zone,facilitating timely manual intervention in train operation.Effectively controlling delays and their propagation in various regions during the mid-term of the fault is advantageous for quickly restoring and following up the normal train diagram after the malfunction is resolved.The calculation of delay time helps dispatchers to anticipate the impact of faults,seeking a balance in punctuality rates,on-time performance,and operational capacity matching,providing reference for organizational strategies during emergency situations caused by faults.
