新发展格局下平台经济中的创新要素错配、形成机制及优化配置路径研究——以浙江绍兴为例

Research on Innovation Factor Mismatch,Formation Mechanism,and Optimization Paths in the Platform Economy under the New Development Pattern——Taking Shaoxing,Zhejiang as an Example

新发展格局下,平台经济作为新经济业态,是我国经济增长的重要引擎,平台经济的发展依托创新要素的投入,但由于市场监管等一系列问题及平台经济自身存在的特性,平台经济中的创新要素发生错配,影响了平台经济的可持续发展及创新能力。本文通过构建创新要素的五维评价体系,基于熵权TOPSIS法测度绍兴市6区县创新要素的配置水平,与区域内的平台经济发展进行对比,分析创新要素错配的类别及其形成机制,并根据形成机制给出创新要素的配置优化路径,以供参考。

Under the new development pattern,the platform economy,as a new economic model,is an important engine of China’s economic growth,and the development of the platform economy relies on the input of innovation factors,but due to a series of problems such as problems in market regulation and the characteristics of the platform economy itself,the mismatch of the innovation factors in the platform economy occurs,which affects the sustainable development of the platform economy and the innovation capability.In this paper,by constructing a five-dimensional evaluation system on innovation factors,measuring the allocation of innovation factors in six districts and counties of Shaoxing City based on the entropy weight TOPSIS method,we compare the development of the platform economy in the regions,analyze the categories of mismatch of innovation factors and its formation mechanism,and put forward the optimization paths of the allocation of innovation factors according to the formation mechanism,for reference.
