The 10th Anniversary of the“Belt and Road”Initiative:New Reflections on Strategic Value

“一带一路”倡议已提出十年,不仅使中国自身发展取得巨大进步,还为世界其他国家做出了很大贡献,面对世界百年未有之大变局和逆全球化趋势加剧的不利局面,深刻认识“一带一路”倡议的战略价值并做好相关工作尤为重要。“一带一路”倡议的战略价值表现在:(1)经济方面:推进基础设施互联互通,助力构建开放型世界经济,减少贸易壁垒和非关税壁垒,扩大资金融通;(2)政治方面:践行多边主义和维护世界和平,推进全球治理变革,深化政策沟通,广泛国际共识不断凝聚;(3)文化方面:推动中华文化“走出去”,扩大中华文化影响力,推动“一带一路”沿线国家不同文化的传播,实现不同文化的交流交融互鉴,尊重文明的多样性,促进不同文明间学习与借鉴;(4)社会方面:促进全球减贫事业的高质量发展,推进国际法治合作,维护沿线国家的社会稳定,加强医疗卫生合作,促进人类健康事业发展。

The“Belt and Road”Initiative has been put forward for ten years,which has not only made great progress in China’s development,but also made great contributions to other countries in the world.In the face of the unfavorable situation that the world has not seen in a hundred years and the intensification of the trend of antiglobalization,it is particularly important to deeply understand the strategic value of the“Belt and Road”Initiative and to do a good job in related work.The strategic value of the“Belt and Road”Initiative is manifested in the following aspects:1)economy:promoting infrastructure connectivity,helping to build an open world economy,reducing trade barriers and non-tariff barriers,and expanding capital financing;2)politics:practicing multilateralism and safeguarding world peace,advancing the transformation of global governance,deepening policy communication,and broadening international consensus;3)culture:promoting Chinese culture“going global”,expanding the influence of Chinese culture,promoting the dissemination of diff erent cultures in countries along the“Belt and Road”,realizing cultural exchanges and communication,respecting the diversity of civilizations,promote learning and exchanges between diff erent civilizations;4)society:promoting the high-quality development of global poverty reduction,fosters international cooperation in the field of law enforcement,preserves social stability in the countries along the Belt and Road,strengthening medical and health cooperation,and promoting the healthcare development of human beings.
