广西大石山区脱贫攻坚成果和乡村振兴有效衔接的电商路径研究

Research on E-commerce Paths of Eff ective Link between Poverty Eradication Results and Rural Revitalization in Guangxi’s Dashishan Region

广西大石山区巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果和全面推进乡村振兴有效衔接的电商路径具有“京东+市县”数字产业园、“政校合作”“校企合作”网销模式、乡村电子商务平台持续性赋能等基础优势,但是依然面临着上行产品培育困难、电销专业人才缺乏、电商服务基础薄弱等挑战。因此,本文建议应采取多元培育电商人才,形成村村有电商的局面;设立电商产业园区,形成电商产业集群优势;打造电商矩阵网络,形成电商运营服务体系;挖掘统筹社会资本赋能电商事业发展等措施,以期促进广西大石山区巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果和全面推进乡村振兴的有效衔接。

The e-commerce paths for consolidating and expanding the results of poverty alleviation and comprehensively promoting rural revitalization in Guangxi’s Dashishan Region have the digital industrial park of“Jingdong+city or county”,the online sales model of“cooperation between universities and enterprises”and have the advantage of rural e-commerce platforms boosting development.However,it still faces challenges such as difficulties in cultivating upwardly mobile products,a lack of professional talents for e-commerce marketing,and a weak foundation of e-commerce services.Therefore,it is proposed that measures should be taken to diversify the cultivation of e-commerce talents to make e-commerce accessible to villages,set up e-commerce industrial parks to form the advantages of e-commerce industrial clusters,build e-commerce matrix networks to form the e-commerce operation and service system,and tap and coordinate the social capital to empower the e-commerce development,etc.,to promote the eff ective convergence of the consolidation and expansion of poverty eradication and comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization in Guangxi’s Dashishan Region.
