摘要
近年来,随着全球贸易的迅猛发展和互联网技术的普及,跨境电商已成为中国外向型制造业企业拓展国际市场的重要方式。本文以2014—2021年沪深主板A股制造业外向型企业的数据为样本,基于文献综述和实证分析研究发现,跨境电商平台能够消除中间环节、降低出口成本,通过拓展海外市场和客户、提高品牌市场竞争力等方式,帮助企业提高出口效率和市场份额。同时,跨境电商面临着电商监管、物流配送、交易安全等问题,企业需要积极探索解决方案,提高自身的创新能力和竞争力,适应市场和消费者需求的变化,实现可持续发展。
In recent years,with the rapid development of global trade and the popularity of Internet technology,crossborder e-commerce has become an important way for China’s export-oriented manufacturing enterprises to expand their international markets.Taking the data of A-share export-oriented manufacturing enterprises on the main board of Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2014 to 2021 as a sample,this paper,based on literature review and empirical analysis,finds that crossborder e-commerce platforms can eliminate intermediate links,reduce export costs,and help enterprises to improve their export efficiency and market share by expanding their overseas markets and customers,and improving the competitiveness of their brand markets.Meanwhile,cross-border e-commerce faces problems in e-commerce regulation,logistics and distribution,transaction security,etc.Enterprises need to actively explore solutions,improve their innovation ability and competitiveness,adapt to changes in the markets and consumer demands,and achieve sustainable development.
