“产业第一”背景下珠海产业结构与就业结构匹配评价研究

Evaluation Study on the Matching of Industrial Structure and Employment Structure in Zhuhai under the Background of“Industry First”

产业结构与就业结构的互动关系对珠海市经济发展影响深远,探寻两者的发展规律对于促进珠海市达成“产业第一”目标具有重要意义。本文通过测度广东省珠海市产业与就业双结构间的相关性系数、劳动弹性系数与产业偏离度,分析两者的互动规律以及所呈现出的传导联动特点,用以把握珠海产业结构和就业结构的演进过程。本文基于数据分析结果,提出助力珠海实现“产业第一”和“双结构”高质量匹配的建议,以期为珠海打好产业发展攻坚战、探明劳动力就业指向提供有益参考。

The interaction between the industrial structure and employment structure has a profound impact on the economic development of Zhuhai,and it is of great significance to explore the development law of the two to promote Zhuhai to achieve the goal of“industry first”.By measuring the correlation coefficient,labor elasticity coefficient and industrial deviation of the dual structure of industry and employment in Zhuhai,Guangdong Province,this paper analyzes the interaction between the two and the characteristics of transmission and linkage,to grasp the evolution of the industrial structure and employment structure in Zhuhai.Based on the results of the data analysis,this paper puts forward suggestions to help Zhuhai achieve a high-quality match between“industry first”and“dual structure”to provide useful references for Zhuhai to fight the battle of industrial development and identify the direction of labor employment.
