摘要
某产品在试验过程中,发生了热电池点火头意外点火,进一步排查发现,在舵机自检时,容易产生意外点火,同时还发现不同供电电缆发生意外点火概率不同。通过对意外点火进行串扰电路机理分析、耦合电流仿真及电缆电感和线对电容特性仿真,揭示了点火头意外点火的原因是舵机自检产生的脉冲电流形成了耦合干扰,进而造成意外点火;电缆随机焊接导致线间分布电容差异,是引起不同供电电缆耦合干扰不同的原因。
During the testing process of a certain product,an unexpected ignition occurred at the ignition head of the thermal battery.Further investigation revealed that during the self inspection of the steering gear,unexpected ignition was prone to occur.At the same time,it was also found that different power supply cables had different probabilities of accidental ignition.Through the mechanical analysis of the crosstalk circuit,coupling current simulation,and characteristics simulation of cable inductance and line pair capacitance for accidental ignition;The reason for the accidental ignition of the ignition head was revealed,and the pulse current generated by the self inspection of the steering gear formed coupling interference that caused the accidental ignition;The random welding of cables leads to differences in the distributed capacitance between lines,which is the reason for the different coupling interference of different power supply cables.
