摘要
通过CST仿真模拟设备进行RE102测试,分析绝缘壳体产品的距地高度、电源线间距、壳体孔缝形状等要素对产品RE102测试的影响,为产品电磁兼容性设计及RE102测试提供指导。仿真和实验表明:导电壳体孔缝形状、电源线间距对产品RE102测试均有影响,减小产品内部导线间距、采用圆形孔代替方形孔等措施可有效降低RE102辐射发射能量。
RE102 test was carried out by CST simulation equipment,and the influence of ground height,power line spacing,shell hole shape and other factors on product RE102 test was analyzed,providing guidance for product electromagnetic compatibility design and RE102 test.The simulation and experiment show that the aperture shape of the conductive shell and the distance between the power lines have influence on the RE102 test.Reducing the distance between the internal wires and using round holes instead of square holes can effectively reduce the radiated energy of RE102.
