西藏以国家公园为主体的自然保护地高质量发展的思考

在不断推动经济社会高质量发展的关键时期,怎样高质量发展自然保护地是今后生态文明建设的主要方向之一。通过对西藏自然保护地现状的分析,从管理能力建设、科研监测建设、生态文化建设、科普宣教建设和生态补偿机制建设五个方面进行思考和探讨,以期为西藏自然保护地高质量发展提供参考,推动西藏自然保护事业不断升级,持续筑牢西藏生态安全屏障。

In the critical period of promoting high-quality economic and social development,how to develop protected natural areas with high quality is one of the main directions of ecological civilization construction in the future.Based on the analysis of the current situation of protected natural areas in Xizang,this paper considers and discusses the five aspects of management capacity building,scientific research monitoring construction,ecological culture construction popularization and education construction,and ecological compensation mechanism construction,in order to provide references for the high-quality development of protected natural areas in Xizang,promote the continuous upgrading of natural protection cause in Xizang,and continue to build a strong ecological security barrier in Xizang.
