开展林地保护利用规划实施成效评价是检验规划实施成效的重要方法。以景洪市为例,探讨了林地保护利用规划实施评价的原则和评价方法,对规划实施情况进行总结回顾,对规划目标完成情况、林地资源情况、规划调整和应用情况进行系统评价,分析了规划实施存在的主要问题,提出下一步规划实施建议措施。

It is a most important method to examine the plan implementation effect by carrying out evaluation of implementation effect in the forestland protection and utilization plan.Taking Jinghong forestland protection and utilization plan as the object,this paper discussed the principle and method of forestland protection and utilization plan implementation evaluation,reviewed the planning implementation advance,evaluated the completion of planning objectives,forest land resources,planning adjustment and application,and analyzed the main problems of plan implementation.Some suggestion on plan implementation were put forward.
