完善我国社区矫正法若干问题探讨

Discussion on Several Issues Regarding the Improvement of China's Community Corrections Law

社区矫正法虽然规范了我国的社区矫正制度,不过,也存在一些问题,应当完善社区矫正法律制度,合理规定相关的内容,包括明确规定社区矫正的法律性质,清楚确定社区矫正工作人员的称谓,明确规定警察参与社区矫正工作的内容,对社区矫正机构做出恰当的规定,完善委托司法所承担社区矫正工作的具体制度。

Although the Community Corrections Law has standardized China's community corrections system,there are still some issues.It should be improved by establishing a comprehensive legal framework that reasonably outlines various aspects.This includes defining the legal nature of community corrections,clearly determining the title of community corrections personnel,outlining the involvement of police participation in community corrections work,making appropriate provisions for community corrections institutions,improving the specific system for entrusting the judicial offices to undertake community corrections work,establishing a comprehensive offender transfer system,and clearly defining the contents of community corrections for foreign offenders.
