某新建医院的医院感染特点与防控对策

Characteristics of nosocomial infections and control measures in a newly-built hospital

目的了解新建医院的医院感染特点,分析基础感控措施,寻找预防与控制医院感染的依据。方法借助医院感染实时监测系统软件,分析某新建医院2020年4-12月住院患者的医院感染状况。结果2020年监测住院患者共计2405例,其中发生医院感染50例、55例次,医院感染发病率和例次发病率分别为2.08%、2.29%;重症医学科医院感染发病率最高,为7.61%,比较各科室医院感染发病情况,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=22.443,P=0.002);重点感染部位依次为下呼吸道、泌尿道、上呼吸道,分别占30.91%、27.27%、16.36%。革兰阴性菌在医院感染病原菌中居主要类型,占61.90%;居第二位的是革兰阳性菌,占23.81%。结论该新建医院住院患者医院感染发生情况总体处于平稳的可控水平。

Objective To understand the characteristics of nosocomial infection in a newly-built hospitals,and analyze basic infection control measures,so as to find the basis for prevention and control of nosocomial infection.Methods To analyze the status of nosocomial infection among inpatients of the new hospital from April to December 2020 with the help of real-time hospital infection surveillance system software.Results The incidence of nosocomial infection in 2020 was 2.08%.The department with the highest incidence of nosocomial infections was the department of critical care medicine,with an incidence rate of 7.61%.The lower respiratory tract,urinary tract,and upper respiratory tract were the main infection sites,accounting for 30.91%,27.27%,and 16.36%respectively.Nosocomial pathogens were mainly Gram-negative bacteria,accounting for 61.90%,followed by Gram-positive bacteria,accounting for 23.81%.Conclusion The incidence of nosocomial infections among inpatients in this newly-built hospital is generally at a stable and controllable level.
