摘要
现阶段,桩基施工主要使用冲击钻进行成孔作业。就地质中含有硬度较大的岩层或孤石等区域而言,采用冲击钻作业,与正常土质钻进速度相比,成孔钻进速度会显著下降。文章以实际工程案例为基础,针对施工现场中存在坚硬岩层区域地质的实际情况,分析了冲击钻钻孔施工技术,对冲击钻的关键操作和施工质量进行说明,旨在为后续工程的开展奠定基础。
At present,pile foundation construction mainly uses impact drills for drilling operations.For areas with high hardness rock layers or boulders in geology,using impact drilling will significantly reduce the drilling speed compared to normal soil drilling speed.Based on the actual engineering case,this paper analyzes the construction technology of impact drilling in areas with hard rock layers at the construction site,and explains the key operation and construction quality of impact drilling,so as to lay a foundation for subsequent engineering.
