摘要
文章以工程造价控制为切入点,叙述了人工智能技术在工程造价管理领域的应用价值,以论证人工智能技术应用的可行性。重点阐述了人工智能技术在工程造价中的实践应用方法,包括数据采集解析、数据标注、建立造价估算模型、确定特征变量、改进智能预测方法、造价动态监控与智能预警。旨在推动人工智能技术和工程造价管理体系深度融合,实现造价管理转型升级目标。
This paper takes the engineering cost control as the breakthrough point,describes the application value of Artificial Intelligence technology in the field of engineering cost management,in order to demonstrate the feasibility of the application of Artificial Intelligence technology.It focuses on the practical application methods of Artificial Intelligence technology in engineering cost,including data collection and analysis,data annotation,establishment of cost estimation model,determination of characteristic variables,improvement of intelligent prediction method,dynamic monitoring and intelligent early warning of cost.It aims to promote the deep integration of Artificial Intelligence technology and engineering cost management system,and achieve the goal of cost management transformation and upgrading.
