无湿接缝T梁加固设计方案研究

摘要 无湿接缝T梁在超载作用下易出现病害,文章以广州市某市政桥梁大中修工程为例,针对结构特点,对T梁梁端翼缘、横隔板及桥面铺装方案加固设计方案进行研究。结果表明,T梁梁端翼缘铰接改刚接和横隔板加固可改善结构整体受力性能,但因改变受力模式改变,须复核结构受力是否可行,桥面铺装更换设计应注重抗裂性能。该研究成果可为同类工程提供参考。 T-beam without wet joints is prone to diseases under overload.Taking the major and intermediate overhaul of a municipal bridge in Guangzhou as an example,this paper studies the reinforcement design scheme of T-beam end flange,intermediate diaphragm and bridge deck pavement based on the structural characteristics.The results show that changing the hinge joint at the end flange of the T-beam to rigid connection and intermediate diaphragm reinforcement can improve the overall mechanical performance of the structure.However,due to the change of the force mode,it is necessary to check whether the structural stress is feasible,and the bridge deck pavement replacement design should pay attention to crack resistance.The research results can provide reference for similar engineering.
