摘要
文章结合某工程多台锅炉共用不锈钢烟囱,根据现场实际条件计算共用烟囱烟气流速和烟道阻力等,分析不同工况下烟气的排放效果,并提出多个方案,选择既符合现场条件,又确保烟气排放效果的最佳方案。结果得出,在共用不锈钢烟囱的方式下,烟气的排放既要分析满负荷的工况,也要分析非满负荷的情况,才能确保烟气的正常排放。
Combined with the stainless steel chimney shared by several boilers in a project,the flue gas flow rate and flue pipe resistance of the shared chimney are calculated according to the actual on-site condition,the flue gas emission effect under different working conditions is analyzed,and several schemes are put forward to select the best scheme that not only conforms to the on-site condition,but also ensures the flue gas emission effect.The results show that in the way of sharing stainless steel chimney,the emission of flue gas should be analyzed not only under full load condition,but also under non-full load condition,so as to ensure the normal emission of flue gas.
