摘要
惠州大亚湾第一水质净化厂三期工程设计规模为8×10^(4)m^(3)/d(其中,土建规模为8×10^(4)m^(3)/d,设备规模为4×10^(4)m^(3)/d),污水处理采用MBR工艺,水质净化厂生产构筑物均布置在地下,地上为园林景观。其中,预处理区设计包含粗格栅、提升泵房、细格栅、曝气沉砂池及精细格栅,前端预处理对水质净化厂污水处理起着关键作用。文章结合大亚湾第一水质净化厂三期工程预处理区工艺设计,详细介绍了预处理工艺的流程及设计参数,以供参考。
The design scale of Huizhou Daya Bay First Water Purification Plant phase III engineering is 8×10^(4)m^(3)/d(among them,the civil engineering scale is 8×10^(4)m^(3)/d,the equipment scale is 4×10^(4)m^(3)/d).The sewage treatment adopts MBR process.The production structures of the water purification plant are all arranged underground with a garden landscape above the ground.Among them,the pretreatment area design includes coarse screen,lifting pump room,fine screen,aerated grit chamber and refined screen.The frontend pretreatment plays a key role in the sewage treatment of water purification plant.Based on the process design of the pretreatment area in Daya Bay First Water Purification Plant phase III engineering,this paper introduces the process flow and design parameters of the pretreatment process in detail for reference.
