摘要
光伏发电工程中电缆敷设与接线作业难度大,重要性突出,文章以玉门“光热储能+光伏+风电”示范项目为研究对象,构建了不同斜边夹角时的电缆长度数学模型,以准确计算光伏发电工程的电缆长度,并将获取的电缆数据输入三维BIM模型,创建电缆敷设及接线模型,然后依据电缆敷设、电缆接线、电缆防火封堵的流程依次开展作业。三维BIM模型有助于模拟电缆敷设及接线作业过程,能有效保证电缆敷设与接线作业的精细化水平,可满足光伏发电工程中电缆敷设及接线作业要求。
The cable laying and wiring operation in photovoltaic power generation engineering are difficult and important.This paper takes the demonstration project of"photothermal energy storage+photovoltaic+wind power"in Yumen as the research object,and constructs a mathematical model of cable length at different bevel angles to accurately calculate the cable length of photovoltaic power generation engineering.The obtained cable data is input into the 3D BIM model to create a cable laying and wiring model,and then the process of cable laying,cable wiring and cable fireproof sealing shall be carried out in sequence.The 3D BIM model is helpful to simulate the process of cable laying and wiring operation,which can effectively ensure the fine level of cable laying and wiring operation,and can meet the requirements of cable laying and wiring operation in photovoltaic power generation engineering.
