LNG码头项目专业性强、分项工程多,项目建设难度较大。设计单位牵头的EPC模式是一种常见的建设模式,该模式充分利用设计单位的技术优势,在安全、质量、进度、造价方面均具有显著优势,已在LNG码头项目建设领域广泛应用。但设计单位管控能力有限,在实际应用中存在诸多问题。文章首先介绍了设计单位牵头的EPC模式在LNG码头项目中应用的优势,然后分析了该模式应用存在的问题,最后提出了对策和建议,旨在为类似项目建设提供参考。

The LNG terminal project has strong professionalism and multiple sub-projects,making the construction of the project difficult.The EPC mode led by the design unit is a common construction mode,which fully utilizes the technical advantages of the design unit and has significant advantages in safety,quality,schedule and cost.It has been widely used in the field of LNG terminal project construction.However,the management and control ability of the design unit is limited,and there are many problems in practical application.This paper first introduces the advantages of the EPC mode led by the design unit in the application of LNG terminal project,then analyzes the problems existing in the application of this mode,and finally puts forward countermeasures and suggestions,aiming to provide reference for similar project construction.
