水利工程建设管理工作分析

Analysis on Water Conservancy Engineering Construction Management Work

在水利工程建设管理中,建设管理行为的质效提升主要由项目法人履职尽责、设计文件真实可靠、监理人员现场管控、施工过程合法合规等共同推动。实践中已逐步应用了代建、PPP、工程总承包等新的管理模式。基于此,文章列举了水利工程建设管理中存在的普遍性和典型性问题,并提出相应的措施建议,以供参考。

In the construction management of water conservancy engineering,the improvement of the quality and efficiency of construction management behavior is mainly driven by the joint efforts of the project legal entity to fulfill its duties,the authenticity and reliability of the design documents,the on-site control of the supervisors,and the legal compliance of the construction process.In practice,new management modes such as agent construction,PPP,and engineering general contracting have been gradually applied.Based on this,this paper lists common and typical problems existing in the construction management of water conservancy engineering,and puts forward corresponding measures and suggestions for reference.
