Research on the Application of BIM Technology in Engineering Cost Management

为在满足工程质量和工程进度要求的基础上提高工程项目的经济效益,应结合BIM技术对工程造价管理展开研究。通过引入BIM技术,构建更科学的造价管理架构,在此基础上设计施工图纸,编制施工计划,组织工程全过程的造价管理工作。文章阐述了BIM技术在工程造价管理中的应用价值,并从工程决策、设计、招投标等阶段出发,分析了BIM技术在工程造价管理中的应用,以供参考。

In order to improve the economic benefits of the engineering project on the basis of meeting the requirements of engineering quality and progress,the engineering cost management should be studied in combination with BIM technology.By introducing BIM technology,a more scientific cost management framework is constructed.On this basis,construction drawings are designed,construction schemes are prepared,and cost management of the whole process of the engineering is organized.This paper expounds the application value of BIM technology in engineering cost management,and analyzes the application of BIM technology in engineering cost management from the stages of engineering decision-making,design,bidding and so on,for reference.
