Beidou precision positioning technology can detect pipeline pressure in real time,accurately locate leakage position,effectively detect gas concentration and other related data,so as to improve the efficiency of gas leakage detection.This paper analyzes the traditional gas leakage detection method and its shortcomings,and introduces the application advantages of Beidou precision positioning technology in gas engineering leakage monitoring.It mainly discusses the safety detection method of Beidou precision positioning technology from the aspects of safety inspection,abnormal processing,data processing,interaction and sharing.The purpose is to reduce the incidence of gas engineering safety accidents and promote the application of high and new technology.
